4 Killed In Road Accident Due To Over-speeding In Krishna

KRISHNA: Four persons died in a road accident due to over-speeding at Garikapadu Checkpost in Jaggayyapet Mandal of Krishna district on Sunday morning.

Police said a car travelling from Hyderabad to Vijayawada carrying five members lost its control and hit another car in the opposite direction. Two people died on the spot and the other two persons succumbed to injuries in the government hospital.

One person was critically injured and shifted to a hospital in Vijayawada.
The deceased were identified as the residents of Mahabubnagar.
