Ranchi: A daughter filed a molestation case against her father in Ranchi city of Jharkhand for abusing her, she added that her father was restricting her freedom and not letting her go out. The young woman who first said she was mentally tortured, went to the police station and lodged a complaint saying she was being sexually abused by her father.

As per police reports, the girls' father took her damaged mobile to the mobile repair shop to fix the issue to find the phone locked. He accidentally came across pornographic images of his daughter. The enraged father beat up his daughter and imposed restrictions on her and stopped her from going out. He also ordered his daughter to take her mother along with her if he had to leave. The young woman who got angry over her father's restrictions on her and decides to file a complaint against her father at the local police station for allegedly molesting her. However, when the police advised her to file a written complaint against her father, she refused.

She returned to the Police station the next day morning along with her uncle to file a complaint against her father. The police filed a complaint and started inquiry and suspects foul play by the girl, as she first said that she was psychologically abused and then again alleged sexual harassment. Her complaint is being investigated. And speaking to the media about the case, a senior police official told the media that they will take action against father if the girl's allegations are true.
