Vijayawada Youth Kidnapped By Girlfriend’s Parents 

Vijayawada: A youth was kidnapped by his girlfriend's parents at Krishnalanka, Vijayawada. The incident took place on September 16th and the accused were arrested the next day. Koruvada Srinivasa Rao runs a salon for men and lives in Chuttugunta, Vijayawada.

His son Naga Sai pursuing polytechnic in Nujiveedu college. The daughter of Vadla Srinivasa Rao from Prasadampadu and Nagasai fell in love with each other. The girl's father learned of the matter and warned the couple.

He also called Nagasai's father and threatened him to ensure that his son mends his ways or be prepared for “dire consequences,". Nagasai was warned by his father who told him to stay away from the girl. The depressed girl left home on September 16th and called Nagasai to inform him that she was at a temple. Nagasai, his friend Manideep and Koruvada Srinivasa Rao went to meet the girl after informing her father, who misunderstood the situation. The girl’s father attacked them with a group of boys and kidnapped Nagasai and Manideep in a car.

Meanwhile, Nagasai's father filed a kidnapping complaint in a police station. The traffic police found the car at Varadhi and took them to Krishnalanka police station and filed a case. Later, the police arrested the girl's father, mother Chandra, Subrahmanyam, Venu, Siva, Jagadeesh, Rupesh Sai, Sai Vivek and Dheeraj for kidnapping.
