Congress Senior leader Paladugu Venkatrao passes away

Senior Congress leader and MLC Paladugu Venkat Rao in wee hours of Monday at Apollo Hospital following age related problems. He was 75.

He was elected MLA from Nuziveedu twice in 1978 and 1989. Born in Gogulampadu village of Krishna District, Paladugu joined in youth congress in 1968. He was choosen MLC candidate in 1972-98.  He had worked as rural development minister in 1978.
Many leaders, politicians paid tribute to the veteran leader and recalled his services for the state and party.
