Higher Voter Turnout, A Pointer To End Of Wicked TDP Rule

Senior YSR Congress Party leader and party spokesman, Ambati Ram Babu said that the high voter turnout mirrors the powerful anti-establishment sentiment across the state. It is a pointer to the end of the wicked rule of the TDP regime led by Chandrababu Naidu, the YSRCP MLA candidate from Sattenapalli said.

Ram Babu added that Chandrababu's reaction, tone and tenor show his desperation. This becomes evident if one looks at his statements and speeches from the time the election notification was issued, he said. A person holding the office of chief minister should behave more responsibly, Ambati stated. On Chandrababu Naidu finding fault with the chief secretary going to the DGP, the YSRCP leader asked how can that be objectionable. It is a matter between two officers, he pointed out.

Chandrababu was now resorting to slander of bureaucrats, the YSRCP leader remarekd. Who are these officers? These officers are from the state cadre, he clarified.

Chandrababu was frustrated because the Election Commission has foiled attempts by the TDP to manipulate the poll.

The TDP supremo claims to be an expert in technology and yet he questions EVMs and even claims that were 30% to 40% defective EVMs. Ambati Rambabu asked why Chandrababu was afraid of losing power? Victory and defeat are a part of politics, he reminded the media.

Chandrababu is making absurd allegations against YSRCP, EVMs, Election Commission and Chief Secretary only because he has realised that he is losing power, Ambati remarked. TDP leaders tried to impede the shifting of EVMs to a secure place, the YSRCP leader said.

Ambati Rambabu lashed out against Kodela Sivaprasada Rao and clarified that no YSRCP worker attacked him. Kodela has a history of booth-capturing and violence in booths and has several cases against him, he reminded the media. He asked--why did Kodela close doors of the booth? People reacted out of anger, he said. He reminded the media that Kodela had fought 9 elections and was involved in criminal activity in all of them. Bombs exploded in Kodela's house, the YSRCP leader said.

People voted out of anger against Chandrababu Naidu, Ambati commented. The TDP chief is anxious because he knows this. He is blaming EVMs now, but came to power in 2014 with the same EVMs with Pawan Kalyan and BJP, Ambati said.
