AP Voters Flay TDP On Social Media Over Data Theft

The massive data breach by a Hyderabad based firm IT Grids India Pvt Ltd with help from Andhra Pradesh government has created outrage among citizens of the residuary Telugu state. The topic has caught Twitter by storm and netizens are venting out their ire over their personal data including Aadhaar card and bank details being comrpomised and leaked to unknown people. The ruling TDP government, particularly Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu and IT minister Nara Lokesh are at the receiving end for their brazen act which flies in the face of Constitutional propriety. Data breach is a serious offence and the involvement of ministers, government officials and private entities could attract penal provisions of the IPC.
