After the murderous attack on YSRCP chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy's life in Visakhapatnam airport yesterday, Operation Garuda has become a hot topic of discussion. Telugu actor Shivaji had predicted a murder attempt on the Leader of Opposition in Andhra Pradesh Assembly as part of the plot of Operation Garuda. While YSRCP Leaders, workers, followers and supporters were aghast at the accuracy with which his prognosis came true.

YSRCP leaders are questioning Chandrababu Naidu and his cronies on their cheap interpretation of the incident. Why did the so called flexi put up by a YS Jagan supporter have the Telugu Desam color of yellow in the first place, if it is authentic? Former Ongole MP and Senior YSRCP leader, YV Subba Reddy has been quoted as saying that Srinivasa Rao's family had been granted bank loan waiver on two occasions by the TDP government. He is also believed to have said that the ruling party in AP lured him with such favours among others. He wondered whether such an attack could have taken place without the involvement of the government. He also demanded a thorough inquiry into the dastardly attack on YS Jagan's life.

YV Subba Reddy is quoted as describing Chandababu as the director and screenplay writer of Operation Garuda. He also objected to the irresponsible manner in which Chandrababu Naidu, his minister as also the AP DGP reacted to this attempt on YS Jagan's life.
