Chandrababu’s UN Address Claims, A Joke: YSRCP MLA Buggana

Hyderabad: YSR Congress party (YSRCP) MLA Buggana Rajendranath Reddy flayed Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu for claiming to have delivered a speech at the United Nations Organization. Speaking to media here, he revealed that Chandrababu attended an event organised by Sustainable India Finance Facility (SIFF), which has a research centre in Gorantla in Guntur district. Chandrababu's blatant lies on claiming to have taught organic farming techniques to the world are being observed by the people of the State, he added.

Buggana said Chandrababu, who had earlier said to New York Times that the State government allotted Rs 1,400 crore for organic farming and needs a loan of Rs 16,600 crore, was turning the State into a debt-ridden economy. Adding that Chandrababu went to the USA to procure loans from the SIFF, he asked whether the idea of organic farming was pragmatic. "While saying that organic forming does not require any investment, he wants to procure loans for thousands of crores of rupees. It only indicates Chandrababu's opportunistic nature," he remarked.
