Niharika Konidela’s Madraskaaran OTT Release Date, Platform: February 7 on Aha

Niharika Konidela, who rose to fame as a leading actress in films, took a break from acting and later ventured into anchoring and film production. She became known for supporting smaller films that went on to achieve success. After a significant gap, Niharika returned to acting with the web series Dead Pixels and made her debut in Tamil cinema with Madraskaaran, where she played the female lead opposite Shane Nigam.

Film Faces Mixed Reception at Box Office

Directed by Vali Mohan Das and produced by B. Jagadish under the SR Productions banner, Madraskaaran was released in theaters on January 10. Despite releasing during the festive Pongal season, the film received mixed reactions from audiences. Competing with the box-office success of Vishal’s Madha Gajaraja, Madraskaaran struggled to capture the same attention, resulting in disappointing earnings. The film's music was composed by Sam C.S.

Film to Stream on Aha from February 7

For those who missed the film in theaters, Madraskaaran is now set to premiere on the popular OTT platform Aha, starting February 7. Aha made the official announcement, giving fans another chance to watch Niharika's performance from the comfort of their homes. Currently, the film will be available only in its Tamil version on the platform.
