Narayan Narayan, is that MP Siva Prasad in Narada avatar?

Telugu Desam Party MP and actor N Siva Prasad's novel way of protest against Andhra Pradesh bifurcation turned heads and drew cameras, yet again on Tuesday, when he came to the Parliament in Narada Muni avatar.

Trying his best to emulate Indian mythological character, Narad's mannerisms, he spoke against division.
The Chittoor MP was also seen singing a song in Telugu, the lyrics of which included, O Soniamma! It was a great attempt at dividing the Telugu people. Brothers are fighting with each other in Parliament and Assembly. Just because Congress won in Andhra twice, do you want to divide the state in two?  Are you doing this division for Rahul?
