ABN Radhakrishna's court hearing adjourned to August 23

The Nampally court on Friday adjourned the hearing of a defamation case filed against Andhra Jyothi newspaper and its Managing Director Vemuri Radhakrishna to August 23.

It may be recalled that Telangana Rashtra Samithi MLA K Tarakarama Rao had filed a criminal defamation suit against Radhakrishna charging him with propagating false stories intended to tarnish his image.

Radhakrishna's counsel requested the court that his client was not able to attend the proceedings due to ill health. Considering his request, the Nampally court adjourned the hearing.
