70-Year-Old Baba Accused Of Raping 21-Year-Old Girl Confirms Positive In Potency Test

Jaipur: The self-styled 70-year-old godman, Kaushlendra Falahari Baba, who was arrested on rape charges is virile, a team of doctors who conducted his potency test confirmed on Sunday. Falahari Baba was taken into judicial custody on Saturday after a 21-year-old woman from Bilaspur in Chhattisgarh alleged of being sexually assaulted by the him.

Alwar police officials said that godman's potency report was positive in the very first examination and are aiming to file a chargesheet within a month after gathering evidences. The victim said that her family was follower of ‘baba’ over 15 years and claimed to have given large donations to the godman. Her father said that godman blackmailed many women by making their sex clips and continued relations.

"We have already recorded the statement of the young woman and have taken her to the ashram to identify the room where the crime occurred, and the Baba's disciple who dropped her at the Alwar railway station," said SP Alwar Rahul Prakash.

The case comes in the wake of the conviction of Dera Sacha Sauda chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh for the rape of two of his female devotees.

Accrding to reports, Baba’s original name is Gautam Mishra and studied up to class 12. He is married and has a daughter and left home 30 years back and came to Alwar. Over the years he made followers including influential people.
