Kalki 2898 AD Makers Quoting Fancy Price For Digital Rights

Rebel Star Prabhas' forthcoming flick Kalki 2898 AD will be hitting the screens on May 9 of this year. Looks like the pre and post release business for Prabhas'  Kalki 2898 AD is in no mood to slow down. 

According to media reports, the leading OTT platforms Amazon Prime and Netflix have approached the makers with the aim of bagging the digital rights (OTT) of the film. The makers demanded Rs 200 cr for digital rights.

Amazon Prime and Netflix are quoting between Rs 150 to 170 cr but the makers of the movie want much higher. It remains to be seen for how much the film's digital rights will get sold. 

Prabhas will be essaying the role of a superhero in the film. Deepika Padukone is all set to make her Telugu debut. Amitabh Bachchan and Kamal Haasan are going to be seen in key roles. Disha Patani will be performing a special item song. Rana Daggubati, Rajamouli and Dulquer Salmaan are also part of this project as artists.
