Bowrampet Woman Hangs Child, Self Over Family Feud

Hyderabad: In ghastly incident in city, a woman and her daughter were found hanging. The incident took place today at Bowrampet in Quthbullapurmet near here. According to police the deceased have been identified as Anitha (28) and her daughter Lucky (5).

Both woman and her daughter are suspected to have committed suicide by hanging in their house. On noticing the mother and child hanging from the ceiling, the neighbours alerted the police. Although the police are yet to ascertain the reasons for the extreme step, they suspect a family dispute could be the reason.

Police suspect that Anitha to have hanged her daughter before hanging herself. A case has been registered and investigation in under progress.
